Your data is hosted exclusively on Microsoft Azure servers located in Zurich, Switzerland. We implement strict security measures including encryption (TLS 1.2 for data in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest), and strict access control procedures.

Third-party Providers We use Google Analytics solely on our product homepage to analyze standard web traffic. This does not apply to the secure platform area. When processing data via third-party services, we ensure compliance with Swiss data protection law, GDPR, and relevant international standards through Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).

Data Retention and Control You retain full ownership and control of your data. If you delete your data from our platform, it is permanently removed, subject to backup retention periods required for standard business continuity practices.

No AI Model Training on Your Data Your private and sensitive data will never be used to train, improve, or alter any AI models.
